I too loaned Neil money, and allowed him to rent a room in our Arts Collective (Black Rock East) He stole our 2500.00 Apple Laptop never paid RENT or Utilities and left owing us over 1200.00. In addition, a number of other items came up mysteriously missing while he was around. He repeatedly made promises to pay or help out, and assured us that he was our FRIEND, all the while stealing us blind. WATCH OUT FOR THIS FUCKER. He is currently residing in Fayetteville, AR at 935 W Walker Ave 72701 I moved in with Neil after dating him for six months, which was a huge mistake, obviously. He claims to have been in debt even though he had the idea to move into a new house together. I was the one who paid for the first month's rent and deposit equaling out too 1200 dollars. I am a single mother working a full-time job. This scumbag took advantage of me and conned me out of all of my money, less than a month after us moving in together he told me that we needed to take a step back and I should move out of the house that I just paid for. I had no choice I was not going to let a scumbag like him rule my life, I moved out and moved on. I am doing much better now and very glad that I found out what I did about him before it got too deep into a terrible relationship. He has been known to take advantage of younger women comma myself being 24. But I have heard that he tends to date underage girls also. He is 40 years old. He will act like whoever he needs to be in order to get what he wants. I cannot honestly believe that I fell for his ACT. He was recently fired from his job as a tattoo artist in Fayetteville, but is now working in Gentry Arkansas somewhere also as a tattoo artist. I'm sure he's up to no good in some way now, still.
